Our Mission
EmployPlan was created in response to the same frustration you face daily: the challenge of tracking your employees' experiences and skills while managing customers, projects, and deliverables. Current approaches to managing and staffing projects often strip the 'human' element from human resources.
We developed EmployPlan to simplify placing the right person in the right project and role, every time. Proudly crafted in Poland by a team of exceptionally skilled developers, our solution is designed to address the challenge of monitoring your talent’s work and learning, and how these factors evolve within your organization.
About Us
Our founder, Roch Mamenas, encountered these challenges firsthand while working at a global consulting services company. In response, he founded EmployPlan in 2019 to address these issues. With a beta product built and an early award for innovation excellence, EmployPlan was just beginning to offer its initial version when the global pandemic struck, disrupting the world economy. The startup funding market stalled, demand for new services declined, and further turmoil ensued with the outbreak of war in neighboring Ukraine.
In 2023, Roch sought funding to restart the company and connected with Joyful Brands. Its principal investor, Ross Brown, decided to take an active role in the company's revival after stepping down from his position as Senior Vice President of Partnerships for Oracle Cloud in North America and his previous role as VP of Product Marketing for Oracle Cloud. With new funding and a renewed vision for solving the resource management puzzle in a scalable and distributed way, we began rebuilding the company and relaunching the product with completely new functionality, including AI services and integrations with your core systems.
